About Jessica
Jessica Williamson wakes each day with genuine joy and gratitude for the richness of life. Her work and way of being are rooted in a deep interest in connecting with herself and the world around her. When stress or challenges arise, mindfulness helps her return to balance with greater ease.

Her journey wasn’t always like this. Before discovering meditation and mindfulness practices, Jessica lived with high stress and anxiety, moving through life on autopilot and feeling disconnected from her body. Through the transformative power of mindfulness, she learned to recognize unhelpful patterns, respond to stress more skillfully, and live with more peace, fulfillment, and authentic presence.

Jessica’s path began nearly a decade ago with a commitment to the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Since then, she has cultivated a nourishing daily meditation practice — her “happy hour” — and continued to deepen her skills through workshops, retreats, courses, and community.

She is a Mindfulness Facilitator Certificate graduate from the Copper Beech Institute and a Level 1 MBSR teacher trained at Brown University. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate, and welcoming to all — you are invited to show up exactly as you are.
