Mary J. Kanz – Certified WISDOM™ Confidence Coach for Kids

Empowering Kids to Succeed, be Leaders & Dream Big!

As a Certified WISDOM™ Coach and pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 22 years of experience, I help children develop the confidence, resilience, and mindset skills they need to thrive—both now and in the future. I’ve spent my career supporting children and families across healthcare and educational settings, and I’m passionate about helping kids believe in themselves and recognize their own worth.

Through Able Kids Now Coaching, LLC, I guide children ages 6–12 using the WISDOM™ curriculum, a playful and engaging approach rooted in storytelling, expressive arts, whole-body movement, mindfulness, and fun activities. I teach 27 core mindset and life skills in a way that meets kids where they’re at—no lectures, just connection, creativity, and growth.

Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, small groups, or workshops, my goal is always the same: to help kids feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Services Offered:
• 1:1 Life Coaching (in-person or via Telehealth)
• Small Group Coaching (4–6 kids)
• Confidence & Resilience Workshops (up to 10 kids)

I especially love working with kids who are shy, quirky, or hard on themselves. These are the kids who often feel “different”—and they are exactly the ones I love helping stand tall, smile brighter, and believe in who they are. While the curriculum is geared for ages 6–12, I’m highly skilled in adapting activities to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each child.
